I know I’ve been out of it for a few days, and I apologize. A series of extremely unfortunate evens have occurred, which required me take immediate action in a number of things.

But one of the biggest events that took place occurred on Friday, March 7, 2008: I was let go from my job. The company I worked for decided to try a different approach. The company is still fairly small, so I’m sure they’ll be testing many different business models. It was very sudden and unfortunate news for me. It couldn’t have come at worst time for me.

However, I find it ironic, because just 2 nights before, I developed all these new ideas for business and link building strategies. It was funny because I even thought, “Man, there’s no way I’d have any time for this with my job.” Lol, now I have all the time in the world. I see this as opportunity. It’s time to put a lot of my experience and knowledge into action. It’s time for me to go out on my own and begin my own company, be my own boss.

I’ve failed many times. I’ve made tons of mistakes. But through these failures, I will succeed. I will learn from my mistakes. I know what it takes to be successful, now it’s time to apply my knowledge, experience, and skills and find success. Anyone can attain success, it just takes persistence and effort. As long as I believe in myself and continue on that road, I know I’ll get there. Noone’s holding me back. It’s just air and opportunity baby. In the next few posts, I’ll document the steps I’m taking towards being my own boss and working for myself. Here we gooooooooooooo!
